Day #5 is done




"Go for JCrum"... Ok, so today was cardio & abs.  2 words: POWER YOGA!!!  Don't know if it's suppose to be yoga or some sort of kama sutra.  Either way it's no good.  I can barely lift my legs at the moment.  I guess that's a good thing.  Still anticipating weigh-ins.  Want to give a congrats to all of us who fought the temptation at Jim's Sunday night and stuck w/ water and salad!  Way to go guys!  Let's keep it up.
