Day #22... Phew!!!

"Go for JCrum"

First off I want to give my deepest sympathies for Meg B's family in their loss.  I will be praying for your family.

This past weigh-in was definitely the toughest yet.  But now that it's over, it's time to amp it back up.  After a few poor choice decisions in what I ate this past week (10 piece McNugget from McDonald's, Dr. Pepper, etc.) I still managed to lose 2 lbs.  Man... if I can lose 5 lbs this next week, I can be under 200 lbs... which is a weight I haven't been in at least 3 years.  My goal weight is around 180 -185 lbs.  I know I can do it.  Let's keep motivating each other.  That's the only way we're gonna get it done.

I also want to say thanks to Kevin and Kristy for opening their home to us w/out power for awhile.  It was a blast and the food is always the best.  Later.

Week # 3 results

Another week in the books....i know most of us were just praying not to gain weight. This week was probably the hardest week yet. No power, sitting home with nothin to do but eat, survival mode, not getting to work out each day, etc... We all made it through it, and i think most of us have power back. Last night we did miss Meg and Toad. 75 pounds weigh loss to date. Lets kick it into high gear for week 4.

Day #21 D-Rock in the house

The winter storm came through NWA and wreaked havoc on everything in it's way......even the diet and exercise. It's really hard to imagine what it would be like to go with out power until it actually happens. Today is weigh in and if everyone else is like me, I will be happy if I just stayed the same as last week. Good luck guys!!

Day 20...(we think)...It's COLD!

Dude, we're cold! In case you guys didn't hear yet, an ice tornado went through here the other day...there's ice everywhere. Kevin is the only one with electricity so most of us have migrated like a lost flock of birds to his house...yeah, we know, it's desperate, but you do what you gotta do. No one is working, school is out, and I'll really be surprised if any of us lose a lb...we totally underestimated mother nature when it came to this challenge. Right now there are 14 people in this house, and I'm sure more to come. Props to Kevin and his family for allowing us to completely destroy his home...He knows we would all do it for him too. Ok, we're not looking forward to tomorrow's weigh ins but maybe it will put that much needed spark into all of our cold back ends...peace out crazies...

Day #19... Cabin Fever!!!

"Go for JCrum"

So today the arctic circle came through and gave us LOTS of ice... which meant no power... which meant no Tony H... which meant cardio abs are tonight.  Thankfully the power is back on (for now).  Yesterday was sculpt... I LOVE SCULPT.  I just picture my 24" pythons at the end (thank you HULKSTER).

My diet this week has been shot.  For the most part I've eaten whatever I wanted.  Which is not good.  Hopefully I'll see a little weight loss at weigh-ins.  If not... there's always next week.  Anyway, let's keep up the good work guys.  Holla.

Power Yoga Rules!!!!

This morning ROCKED! It was the most motivated that I have been since we started. I was able to do about 95% of cardio and all of the ab ripper. This is our 3rd week, it should be getting a little easier from here on out. I peeked at the next CD when I was done, and it motivated me even more. We can do this guys! We just have to keep each other on track and motivated. My weigh-in is gonna suck this week....my eating habits were not the best this weekend. But I know that I can make it up. Be careful out there today. IT'S NASTY!

Hutch Day (I'm not sure)...5 more lbs.

Well, this is my first post since the weigh-in and I lost 5 more pounds. I was pretty pumped aboot (canadian) it Eh! After observing everyone and myself for the past few days, I can already tell that week 3 will be the toughest...I think the "new" is wearing off and we are all seeing temptations starting to weave their way in. I've been eating the mess out of salmon and steamed veggies, and I officially hate them both right now...however, that combination was working wonders for the plan. Chicken is next, I'm already starting to dislike it. I'm gonna have to do an all out search for food that I can eat and enjoy but will still have the same effects. I've heard that it takes 21 days to make a habit...by thursday, this should be a habit...PLEASE keep encouraging us. We need to put up a good weight loss showing this week. If we can make it past this, I think we'll be ok. Do the right thing...holla

Day #18... CRAZY!!!

"Go for JCrum"

Ok... so this whole freezing rain prediction has my whole day screwed.  First off, I didn't get to work out this morning b/c I had to go to Wally World and the Home De-Pot to find a key for our gas fireplace.  So that means I have to work out tonight... but if we lose electricity then I'll have to try to do it w/out Tony H.  hmmmmmm...

Anyway, let's keep up the good work and get on that power yoga MOST RICKY-TICK!!!!

"JCrum OUT"

Ugh. Mmph.

These are the sounds of an old lady trying to do P90. Lisa says...'P90 is the devil'. But she did all the sculpt & abs anyway. Well...except for the total body crunch. One of those and she's a limp rag. (This message approved by Lisa Floyd.) :}
As for me....I rock!! LOL. Anyway...the truth now. I decided to use all three bands on my arms & shoulders. Will not be able to scratch my own butt for three days. But it was worth it. Just imagine how good we'll all look during softball this year. I'm personally predicting 10 HRs for myself. Our cheerleaders won't look half-bad either! Woohoo!
Anyway...everybody have a good day.........................make it a P90 day!
Out.

"BUT I DON'T WANNA DO POWER YOGA"

Hey guys,
just wanted to tell yall to keep it up. This morning was the fist morning that I really didn't want to do anything. But I broke out and "got-r-done". Don't forget that this is a journey, not a destination. We will all get there if we keep each other motivated. Peace!

Day 16...HEY FRIENDS

Hey Friends, we know there have been many people wathcing the site. We put a counter up to try to count everyone, but we're pretty sure its counting us everytime we come in and we would like a true count. If you have a moment, sign up to "watch"...it's free and only takes a second. You could also leave a comment. We just want to know who and how many are looking. Thanks for the encouragement. We are all starting to see changes.

Day #15... 1/6 of the way through

"Go for JCrum"

OK... this morning was tough.  For some reason I got up and did not want to work-out.  I don't know why.  But, I forged ahead and did my sculpt circuits like a champ.  I feel better now and glad I went ahead and did it.

So last night's weigh-in's weren't as impressive as the week before... but everybody lost weight.  And that's all that matters.  I look at like it's a marathon and not a sprint to lose the weight.  Slow but steady.  Just think 13 weeks at whatever we're losing is still ALOT of weight!!!  Keep up the good work guys!  I believe in you.

Oh yeah... and WHATCHA GONNA DOOOOOOOOOO WHEN THE PHAT-YS RUN ALL OVER YOU!!!

Week #2 weigh in - 70lbs so far

DAY #14... WEIGH-IN WEEK 2

"Go for JCrum"

OK... first off I need to clarify something.  There is no photoshop done on my image.  I will bring the actual picture tonight to show you.  With that being said, I used to be in great shape.  6 pack abs and everything.  I was doing tae-kwon-do 4 days a wk for 2 hrs.

Today was cardio abs... at 6:15 this morning.  That's not fun either.  My legs are useless right now.  I'm pumped about weigh-ins.  Don't know how much I'll lose, but as long as I'm losing weight I'm ok with it.

I will agree... great article D-Rock.  As long as we keep encouraging each other like we've done, I think we can do great things w/ this.  Not only the weight loss, but strengthen our bond w/ each other.  Let's keep up the good work!

"JCrum OUT"

Great Article!

Thanx D-Rock for the great article! I especially like 2 parts of it...#1."Ninety percent hit the weights at least three days a week. Pumping iron vigorously not only burns calories but also can boost your metabolism for almost two days afterward, research shows." and #2. "But perhaps the greatest inspiration to stick with workouts and eating plans came from the camaraderie of men working out with friends and sharing their weight-loss experiences with their fellow dieters." Let's keep "pumpin' each other up!! See yall tonite!

Hutch Day 13...Stressn'

WHATCHA GONNNA DOOOOO!

I'm a little nervous about tomorrow's weigh in...I've been eating the same, and with my tooth feeling better I've also been exercising more...but I just don't know if the weight will fall off this week. One pound, even if I can lose one pound, I will be happy. Here's a hello to Todd and his best friend!

Hutch

Since everyone else is posting "skinny" pics, just thought that I would add some myself. Now, I know that I will never get down to this size(about 200 lbs.), but it is nice to fantasize. Really looking forward to tomorrow night. After last weeks dismal display of weight loss by myself, I have really watched what I have taken in this week. No more than 2,000 calories a day for a man who is used to about 5,000 to 8,000 a day. It's a miracle that I was not 350 lbs. Anyway, good luck to everyone tomorrow night!

Day #13... WHAT???!!!

"Go for JCrum"

Today was strength... I love doing the sculpt circuit.  I think I sweat more doing it than when I do cardio abs.  Don't know if that's a good thing or not.  Anyways, one day until weigh-ins.  I'm pumped to see how everyone is progressing.  I feel like I'm going to put up a big #... but who knows.  I just want to lose weight, so any # will be fine with me.  Keep up the good work guys and I'll see you at the weigh-ins.

D-Rock Day#12

So i thought i might join in and post some pics of the weight I would like to be back at as well. These are all taken around graduation time from college 2005. Time is not kind.... Oh well. I had a special treat today...my wonderful wife took me out to eat some sushi. Mmmmm....that was some good stuff and healthy to boot. Peace!

Ok... these pics from our honeymoon. This is about the weight I would like to get back to. This will be a visual reminder of where I need to end up. Hope you enjoy!!!

Hutch Day 12

This is me at the age of 23, approx 5 years ago. I realize that I was younger then, but this is my goal. The sad thing is that I thought I was fat then...granted, I was chubby, but in my opinion, a reasonable size for my build. So, my word of inspiration and advice for the day, if you do think you're fat/large/big boned, maybe you're not as big as you think...and don't waist your time dieting...just exercise and eat healthier.

Ok, after the weigh in last week and losing 10.2 lbs, I have been asked a million times what we are doing to lose the weight. Actually, it differs with each one of us. We are all using the same workout program, but have taken other approaches as to what we eat. Just to let you know, I will be made fun of for this, but for all of you who are wondering, this is the basis of what I'm using. Believe it or not, I was also a health/physical ed major in college and this method is what was preached to us by all of our teachers as the best and most healthy way to lose weight...not from a phad diet which I can assure you none of us are doing.

The key is counting calories. The MAYO clinic says...

"Because 3,500 calories equals about 1 pound of fat, you need to burn 3,500 calories more than you take in to lose 1 pound. So if you cut 500 calories from your typical diet each day, you'd lose approximately 1 pound a week (500 calories x 7 days = 3,500 calories).

Cutting calories doesn't have to be difficult. In fact, it might be as simple as forgoing one extra item a day, swapping foods or trimming serving sizes. The number of calories you save is likely to translate into pounds lost.

Cut out high-calorie foods
Skipping one or two high-calorie items that you might have otherwise eaten is a good place to start when cutting calories. For example, you could skip your morning latte or the bowl of ice cream you always have after dinner. Think about what you eat and drink each day and identify items you could cut out. Here are examples of high-calorie foods and beverages and the possible calorie savings:

Food Calories
Starbucks grande (16 ounces) caffe latte 190
1 bottle (16 ounces) lemon-lime soda 202
1 slice thick-crust pepperoni pizza (1/8 of a 12-inch fast-food pizza) 286
1 large glazed doughnut 299
4-inch cinnamon-raisin bagel with 2 tablespoons cream cheese 344
1 snack bag (3 ounces) nacho-flavored tortilla chips 424
2 cups chocolate ice cream 570

You can find the rest of this article at...

How many calories does your body need per day? Go to this web address
http://www.dietitian.com/calcbody.php

There is also a good site that has an activity calculator on it, where you type in your weight, then how many minutes a day you choose to be active, and it will give you over 200 activities with the amount of calories they burn for that time...all of these sites are free. this site is

"Go for JCrum"

First off I want to thank Tony H. and the Hulkster for posting yesterday.  What an encouragement it is to know that people are seeing what we're doing and liking it.  THANKS BROTHERS!!!!

Ok... today was cardio abs AGAIN!!!  I blasted through it like normal.  But, man, it doesn't get any easier.  I guess that's a good thing.  I peaked at my weight on a scale this morning and if things keep going I could put up a higher # than last week.  We can only hope.

Four...... Day #11

That's right folks........MLK day = D-Rock and Hutch playing golf. Woke up today and hit the cardio, then went and hung out with Hutch. I got pulled over for rolling a stop sign on Hutch's road, good thing is that i didn't get a ticket. Lucky..... We went and hit up Big Sugar golf course.....wow!!! Granted, it was cold....but you know i really didn't notice it until about 4:30 or so. The course is an amazing course to look at..... and an absolute terror to play. Had so much fun and even blasted the last hole to end on a par. I guess it's back to work tomorrow.....

Keep up the hard work guys

Hutch 11...not quite in the books

Hey Guys and Gals, I hope you all like my new body. Now that I've completely finished the transformation, I would like to thank you for all of the support. Thanks also to Todd for the great letter of encouragement. I would like you all to purchase my complete dvd set of P90Hutch. A special thanks to Tony H. and the great Hulk Hogan for their appearances today. You guys (Tony and Hulk) have no idea how much encouragement you gave us today. We'll all keep up the good work! Holla

HEY BROTHERS!

Hey Hulk-a-maniacs! I couldn't help but think of myself when reading my best friend Todd's inspiring message! Pump the weight brothers! Milk does a body good! Say no to dope! Like my best friend Todd said, get rid of those tires around your bellies! If you keep pumping up, you're gonna look just like my photo, and just like my best friend Todd. It doesn't matter how many lbs. you lose brother, just keep pumpin' the iron...and one more thing, WHATCHA GONNA DOOOO, WHEN HULK-A-MANIA AND MY BEST FRIEND TODD RUN WILD OVER YOU!

Keep Up the Good Work Guys!!!

Tony H. here... I just want to tell you guys to keep up the good work.  You guys are an inspiration to all PHAT people.  Keep working hard and watching what and how much you eat.  That's important.  And remember... if you have to push pause, don't worry b/c I'll be here when you get back.  Oh yeah... don't diss the POWER YOGA.  The downward dog helps in more ways than one (if you know what I mean).  ;)

Sincerly to all my PHAT-YS,
Tony

P.S.  Back to plank...

"PHAT GUYS RULE!!!!!"

Day 11 sucked as much as Day 1!! You think Power Yoga sucks.....try weighing 300 hundred pounds and and doing things your body hasnt done in 17 years. We all must keep in mind that this is a long process, and we will not see significant results(besides you CHEATERS who lost all the lbs. the first week) for quite awhile. Weight loss is not everything! Training your body to use muscles it hasnt used in years is not easy. The goal here is to get healthy!!! After we get done with P-90 and then move on to P-90x will only get us to the point where we should be physically and mentally. The real goal will be to maintain our state of health for the rest of our lives. I pray that this will get all of us to a point where we will remain strong and healthy for the rest of our lives. One last thing...all of us have that huge tire around our waist. Some of us more than others. I encourage all of you to do the Ab Ripper twice a day. I can already feel the differance in 10 days. If we see the gut going down quicker it will only motivate you more. PEACE BROTHERS!!!!!

Day #10 is finished...

"Go for JCrum"

OK... so I'm a little bummed right now.  This is off the diet/exercise path but... THE UNIT WAS NOT ON TONIGHT!!!!  Uggggh... ok... I'm back.  So tonight was cardio abs.  It's unreal how much POWER YOGA still sucks!!!  I absolutely hate it.  BUT... it burns a HECK of a lot of calories (according to Tony H).  I agree w/ D-Rock... our eating habits have definitely changed in the past 2 weeks.  Let's keep it up guys!!!  Anticipating this week's weigh-ins.  ALL HAIL THE PHAT-YS!!!

Day #10

"Go for D-Rock" Today at dinner I thought it was very interesting to look down the table and see how much our eating habits have changed. It's not even a thought about getting some big ole fat sandwich or ordering a Dr pepper. Instead the scenery is more like salads and water all around. As for me....today was strength day because i rested yesterday. Tomorrow i am off work for MLK day. Isn't working for the federal government great. I will need to find lots to stay busy tomorrow so i am not tempted to snack all day. Keep up the hard work guys!!!

The calorie counter's eyes are watching you...and probably getting on a few nerves but I apologize...that's the only way I can remind myself. But hey, if you want to know just for good measure, (meeesure for james) a cup of 1% milk- 100 calories, 1 pork rib-250 calories, 7 corn chips-110 calories, and last but not least, coke/dr. pepper-the devil's spit. So, anyway, I had to post cause no one else has so far and we have to keep the streak alive. Have a good day and remember the eyes are always watching...holla

Hutch Day 8....

I just got done with my workout, I'm pooped...but as a wise man once said, "I'd rather be pooped, than pooped on!" He's right, and I guess that's why he was wise. Today has been a struggle as I knew it would. There has to be a let down at some point, but I'm still good. The tooth is slowly getting better, I've only used up 7oo of my calories for today, and I'm pretty sure at the speed of that workout, I've worked off those 700 calories plus another 3000, so I'm good to go. I'm gonna be ready for next thursday though, I'm looking for another 10 spot, I'll settle for 5 though. Ok, off to finish my nap, holla.

Day #8... Gotta get going!!!

"Go for JCrum"

First off I just want to congratulate the double-digit losers!  Good job.  The rest of us did well also.  I lost almost 3 lbs.  Doesn't seem like much... but multiply 3 lbs a week x 13... yeah, that's 39 lbs.  So I'm going to really try and watch what I eat and how much I eat of it.  I went to Wal-Mart this morning and bought some salad stuff and chicken.  I'm hoping to pull out a "5" next weigh-in.  We'll see... ALL HAIL THE PHAT-YS!!!

Hutch Day 7 -10lbs

WOW...10 lbs in one week...Thank you God, and I mean that. I'm really proud of myself and the strength God gave me to resist everything. Good job to the other guys and gals too.

I know, I know...I'll get 200 plus messages telling me that I'm not supposed to lose weight this fast and it's unhealthy, but seriously, I'm not taking any medication for it, and if you really knew how much junk I ate everyday, you would realize that holding back to 2000 calories does make a difference. I'm going to soak it up tonight, and get back to work for next week's weigh in. Good luck to everyone and keep up the good work. holla...

Day #6 in the books

"Go for JCrum"... I don't know how I feel about doing strength at night and knowing I have cardio early the next morning.  But that's what I'm looking at right now.  Tonight went good.  It seems as though the soreness is wearing off (at least for now).  Tomorrow night is weigh-in... I'm pumped!  I can't wait to see progress (hopefully).

I want to send my regards to the family of the Danger Ranger.  It was a good truck.  A darn good truck.  It will be missed.  R.I.P.

"JCrum OUT"

Hutch Day 6 Hmmmm?

First of all, I would like to show my deep sympathy for the Danger Ranger and all of the love and fun times it has shown us...it will surly be missed.

So this pain medication is making me think of some weird stuff...for instance, I am trying to keep my daily calorie intake to 2000 per day. As a fat person, I have tried to think of loopholes around this...example...I can eat 1 lb of hamburger meat, but that's almost 1000 calories, so half of my food intake for the day is almost gone. Using my fat brain, I came to the realization that if I found a food that had a low number of calories, I could pretty much eat all day and be back to normal because it would take more of that food to fulfill my 2000 calories...BRILLIANT! So, it made me wonder...and if this grosses you out I apologize, but how many calories does a booger have? It's a legitimate question! In my study, I found that mucus itself would have to have calories, and each booger would then have a different calorie intake depending on the ratio of mucus to inhaled dust within said booger. My findings...boogers have no calories! I can eat as many as I want everyday if I so choose! Snack Time! Out!

Day #6 R.I.P. Danger Ranger 1/14/09

Snuffalapagus.......well today has turned out to be a crazy one. Got up early and did my cardio workout. Things are going great, had nice shower and proceed to get ready for the day. Packed my lunch and ate my breakfast, even had a few extra minutes to catch some morning TV. Jumped in the car and headed out for the day. Needless to say, i didn't quite make it to my destination. On highway 540 near the 412 exit the Danger Ranger began to struggle. I gently brought the truck to a rolling stop on the off ramp. From P, D, 1, 2......the transmission failed to grab. I finally tried reverse...."Bingo", now i could at least get out of the road. I called a few people to seek out some help and then came to realization, i must call a tow truck. He took me home($50 later) where i abandoned the Danger Ranger and jumped right in the Jeep. Off to work.....an hour and a half late. Still having a great day despite the car problems. Wow....the day has flown by and I can't wait for church tonight.

Hutch Day 5

OWWW! My tooth hurts bad! I went to the dentist today and I need a root canal as expected but they can't do it until Feb. 2...now I have to put up with this pain for another 3 weeks. I will use it to my advantage though cause it is seriously suppressing my appetite. I've been on some serious pain medication though. First was Hydroco, and now it's Oxycod which is my obvious favorite and I clearly see how people can get addicted to this stuff...which is my plan by February 2nd. A word to the wise though, if you wake up at seven a.m. and have taken a Hydrocodone...don't chase it down with three ibuprofin...and if you do, make sure you eat something, and NEVER, I mean NEVER, try to do a cardio workout with all of that in your system, as it will result in 329 official lbs of dizzy dead weight in the floor of your living room...peace

"OUCH" Kevin Day 5

Ok well been kinda busy here but finally got to do my first P-90. It went really well the whole time and thought well shoot this is gonna be GREAT!!!! Well then i sat down for about 15 minutes after i got done and think i need help to get up!!! lol See ya all thursday night!!

T-Dog isa hurtin'!!!!!

Day five is in the books. This was the first morning since I started that I really didnt want to do it. But, I got over it pretty quick. I do my workouts at 6 in the morning..partly because I get up early anyway, but the other is I dont want my Lisa or Rhea to see me jumping around. Not a pretty sight. I have also discovered that a two-egg omelet is just as good as a six-egg omelet. Eating is going to be the hardest part. I LOVE TO EAT!!! NO, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND.....I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE TO EAT!!!!!!! ALOT!!!!!! This weekend was a bust on watching what I eat...Hutch and D-Rock tried to help me, but I just couldn't. But, it will get better...I hope. As long as we can push each other...every Thursday will be fun watching how we improve. GET SUM!!!!!

Day #5

"Wow. I feel like I'm Highlander!"......this morning i woke up early and did my strength workout. Afterwards i could barely lift my arms, kinda felt like John McCain. My eating is going well, lots of fruit and good healthy protein. I am looking forward to thursday night to see how we are all progressing.

Day #5 is done

"Go for JCrum"... Ok, so today was cardio & abs.  2 words: POWER YOGA!!!  Don't know if it's suppose to be yoga or some sort of kama sutra.  Either way it's no good.  I can barely lift my legs at the moment.  I guess that's a good thing.  Still anticipating weigh-ins.  Want to give a congrats to all of us who fought the temptation at Jim's Sunday night and stuck w/ water and salad!  Way to go guys!  Let's keep it up.

Day #4 D-Rock

"...and on the seventh day he rested." Got that right....yesterday i tried to recover from the previous two days. Woke up early this morning and hit the cardio. Not feeling too bad right now, I'm sure the soreness will return as the day goes on. Keep up the hard work guys, proud of you all!

Day 3 Hutch

Yeah, So this bites...but I'm making it. No cokes yet, and I'm not really craving them so that's good. I have set myself up on a 2000 calorie diet per day. That will go well with the 30,00o i was pulling in before the club. I realized today that I was taking in between 800 and 1200 calories a day in just COKE...wow, i know. Today for lunch I had 8 oz. of Salmon, steamed vegetables, and a cup of yogurt. I've been drinking water. Today I've officially consumed 1800 calories and I'm pretty proud of myself and not really hungry right now. Part of this is due to a horrible tooth ache, but I'm getting that fixed. I'm excited about the rest of the time doing this, I really feel like I'm going to win this and not really because I have way more weight to lose! Ya'll be goin' down suckas! Hutch

D-Rock day #2

In the books.....Biggest temptation of the day was KFC(Kevin's Fried Chicken), the biscuits especially. Work out #2 also in the books, i think i may rest tomorrow so i can recover a little bit. Keep up the hard work and fight the Dr Pepper!

Kevin Arvil King Day 2

Man am i HUNGRY!!!!  Need Steak!! LOL Not gonna do it tho....

Day #2

"Go for JCrum"... I'm so sore from Day #1 strength work-out.  I fell to my old nemesis today... Dr. Pepper.  I know... I know... but I figured one once in awhile is better than 2-3 a day.  Anyway, I'm trying to decide whether to do cardio today or tomorrow.  Either way it's not going to be fun.  I realized last night after I got done working out how out-of-shape I am.  Well, I'm not going to keep you any longer.  ALL HAIL THE PHAT-Y'S!!!  JCrum OUT!

Day #1 by D-Rock

"Go for D-Rock".........Well day one is in the books and it sucked hard core. I guess going to bed after 3 in the am doesn't really make for a good start, but i have two words......"Worth it". I could have stayed up the whole night hanging out with these guys. On day one i found myself really wanting a Dr pepper and some how trying to tell myself i can skip the work out today. I didn't give into the Dr pepper cravings and I also just finished my day one cardio just a few minutes ago. I hope everyone else had a successful day one as well. Have a great weekend!
