
Well guys, ever since this whole ice storm i have kinda fell off the
horse in the
exercise department. I have actually been pretty sick ever since the first night without power. Sore throat, runny nose, etc... I'm starting to feel a little better this morning so i jumped back on the workout this morning. It felt really good. I am going to work out extra hard the rest of the week to make up for lost time....we will be at the 30 day mark this week and i am really hoping to say good bye to the 190's. I knows it hard guys, but lets kick some butt this week.
