"Go for JCrum"That's right fellas. Softball season is right around the corner. With the work-outs we're doing and the weight we're losing... we're gonna be in great shape for softball. Plus, w/ the addition of a new bat (thanks D-Rock) the opposition will be filled with fear and awe. That's right SHOCK-N-AWE BABY!!! That's going to be our team motto. I'm feeling good this week. This new work-out is kicking my butt, but also helping w/ the weight loss. Let's keep up the good work.
