What's up my people...4 more pounds. Would like a few more, but I'll never argue with a loss. These next two weeks will be pretty tough. I will be traveling with TwoEmptyChairs and driving their tour bus for their Winter Fest Tour. They have already been hard on me about my weight and are great accountability partners so I'm worried, but not that worried. Please be in prayer for us as we travel. We will leave Wed. the 10th and I will be posting with pictures of the tour while I'm gone. Maybe I'll weigh in a day early before I go. Anyway, I'm proud of all of the guys and gals. Let's keep it up! Out!
