"Go for JCrum"WOW!!! I can't believe we made it through 90 days. The weight some of us lost is simply incredible. I know I couldn't have done it w/out you guys. I would have given up a long time ago if I was doing this by myself. I am excited and anxious to start the 2nd phase of this process. Although it's going to be brutal and painful, the reward will be far WORTH IT!!! The pictures are incredible. Let's keep up the good work... and let's BRING IT!!!
