I'm still not a fan of plyo but i can deal with it if i need to. Today's workout is shoulders and arms and i'm pretty excited about that. I like the strength training days, no matter how hard they are...i just feel like i see more progress from them right now rather than the cardio days (plyo, cardio x, & kempo). I know it all plays a huge role in everything. I've lost another 3.5 lbs since i started this program...I'm pretty excited about that, cause really, for the first few days, like day 1-5, i really didnt watch my diet very well at all. I've actually lost the 3.5 lbs since Friday...So I'm pumped about that. With all this working out, the weight will fall off again, and it's going to have to at some point. When I graduated high school, i was 230 lbs. With changes in my body, im not sure that I can make it there, but with a good body that's in shape and somewhat muscular, I could settle for 250. When meg and I got back from our honeymoon I weighed in at 266 and that's the last time i've been that small. that will be 5 years come July. Maybe by July 17, I'll be back there. Ok, i'm out, see you tomorrow.
