WOW!!!!!!!!!!!

MY BUNS ARE ON FIRE!!!! If the only thing we did was Plyometrics, then we all would look like Crumby's "crystal ball body". I have not been this wasted since I was in my 20's. And for those who don't know, I am 40! I was able to do about 80% of it, which is alot more than I was expecting. I am still sore from yesturday's Chest & Back.
It is encouraging to see all the changes in all of us. Just take a look at the 0-90 day pictures and it is amazing. Lisa and I took measurements at day 1 of all upper and lower body. I lost a total of 20 inches and Lisa lost 11. I lost 6" on my stomach, 5" on my hips, 3" on my chest, and 3" on my thighs. It just proves what encouragement from your friends(plus a little competition) can do for anyone. I know that I could not have come this far without my friends and my wife's constant encouragement. BRING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Look Into the Future

"Go for JCrum"

I found a crystal ball today.  And it asked what I wanted to see.  I told it I wanted to see 90 days into the future and what I would look like.  This is what she showed me.  Amazing huh?  Shows what a little hard and pain can bring you.  Let's keep up the hard work and remember what Tony H says... BRING IT!!!

P90X: Day 2!!!

"Go for JCrum"

After 2 days of P90X workouts (Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X, & Plyometrics), I realized why he puts the "X" on it.  This is much harder than the P90, but the results are going to be alot more noticeable too.  Plyometrics is no joke.  I had to take a break and almost didn't make it through it.

Let's keep up the hard work and hears to another 90 days of fun and PAIN!!!

How bout that?

"Go for JCrum"

WOW!!!  I can't believe we made it through 90 days.  The weight some of us lost is simply incredible.  I know I couldn't have done it w/out you guys.  I would have given up a long time ago if I was doing this by myself.  I am excited and anxious to start the 2nd phase of this process.  Although it's going to be brutal and painful, the reward will be far WORTH IT!!!  The pictures are incredible.  Let's keep up the good work... and let's BRING IT!!!

Day #91 "Change for tomorrow..."

"Go for D-Rock"(man i love the TV show "The Unit")

DANG!!!!!!! Are you serious!!! We really made it through the 90 days..... I honestly can't believe that it went by so fast. I am so proud of everyone and the changes that have been made. We honestly aren't the same group of people that started this thing as. We have since lost enough weight to have made up an additional member, which is insane. I am excited and can't wait to see what the next 90 days have is store for us.

"Change for tomorrow...." Just something for everyone to think about.

If you want to make a change for tomorrow, what are you going to do differently today?

WOW!!!! Pretty thought provoking question that can be applied to all areas of our lives. Weather it be spiritual, physical, mental, or even relationships, what are you going to do today to make tomorrow different? We have been having revival at church and this question really hit me. If i think on daily basis," man i really want a closer relationship with God", I mean that's good and all, but what am i doing today to help facilitate the change that i wish for??? It's the same with weight loss. I can wish all day long that i looked differently, but what am i willing to do today to make this change apparent tomorrow? I hope everyone is still excited about the changes that will happen in all our lives if we are willing to put forth the effort today. I can't wait to continue to grow spiritually and shrink/build muscle physically.

WHAT'A GOING ON HERE!!!!

Hey Guys and Gals,
I think we have hit a pothole in the road lately. Havent seen a new post in a long time. I myself have hit a rough spot. I have worked out maybe 4 times the past two weeks. Some of it because of work, but most of it because I have not been very motivated lately. If you want some motivation, then I suggest you go to YouTube and search "Nick Vujicic"! If this guy does not motivate you to overcome any situation, be it lack of want-to or things at church that are happening or things in your life, then your in trouble. He really will move you one way or another. I love you guys and gals and want all of to stay on track with P-90 and everything else in our lives. GOD IS IN CONTROL!!!!!!!!

Day ????

"Go for JCrum"

I have lost count of what day it is.  There are all running together at this point.  My eating habits of late have been terrible and the scale showed that this morning.  This week's weigh-in is definitely not going to be a good one for me unless something HUGE changes between now and then.  I'm excited about this journey we are on... and excited about the new adventure we are about to take (P90X).

Let's keep each other motivated and keep pushing each other to do good work.

NOT A GOOD WEEK FOR THE OLD MAN

I really let myself down this week. I missed 3 or 4 workouts this week just because of laziness. I just couldnt get motivated at all. And my eating habits sucked! I even enjoyed 2 or 3 Dew's this week. But, I had one last hoorah at Chili's last night, now I am done with all that crap. I guess everyone who changes their lifestles like we all have is gonna slip up every once in a while. I hope that if any one of us is struggling with any of this will be motivated enough to share with the group so we can lift each other up off the ground and say "Suck it up, Wuss!!!"
Really missed getting together last night, but I did enjoy spending time with the family. Looking forward to having a good week. P90X is just around the corner! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN' BOUT!!

Hutch again...

Hey Everyone again, Derrick's bike ride illustration made me want to show you guys my walking route...Drock, if I walked a mile, there's no way that's 8 miles! Your route actually looks to be only about 18 inches...

Day #67 "eat your heart out Tony H."

WHAM.......yesterday I knew i need to bust out some cardio, but my living room was occupied my two outstanding teachers who were digilently working. So i figured i would get out side and go for a little bike ride. Wow....by the time i made it back i had been gone for about an hour or so and i could barely stumble through the door. I am really fortunate to have the new Fayetteville trail system right at my back door. I jumped on my bike and rode from my apartment to Paridise Valley Golf course and back. I really can't believe i made it that far, by the end i was just praying for it to be over. My legs where buring like crazy and that little bitty bike seat had hurt my bum some sorta bad. I am guestamating that the trip covered about 4 miles one way. So i think i probalby did some where around 8 miles on the bike. On my next trip i will strap on the GPS and see if i can get a little closer in my guestamation. Here is a pic so you can see the course i travled on my bike. Keep up the awesome work.
