"Dang I'm Big...I gotta fix this, I'm takin home the trophy.  Not sure if I'm excited about not eating anymore, but I've been making up for lost time lately (two of those steaks were mine).  I'm excited about returning back to not being "Big Hutch" anymore."

Our Last Supper


Our very last supper...as fat people.  Kevin got us a Ribeye roast and cut it up into some stinkin awesome steaks...topped with some Cavender's...Hutch had over 8 cans of Coke, James and Drock dominated some Dr.Pepper...and now we know why we are fat!

The Last Supper - James Speaking

As the hours pass till our last supper, I can't help but wonder how my life will be different after this.  Will food taste as good?  I'm sure it will... but it makes you wonder.  What have I gotten myself into?  Sure, it's for my overall better health.  But at what cost... Is there any going back now?  Questions I ponder as the Last Supper approaches.  Anyway... one thing I do know, I won't be a PHAT-y anymore... SUPA-PHAT WHAT???!!!

What are we doing???!!!


Actually, we have no idea...but we thought to ourselves "Gees we're fat!" So, we decided to start our own fit club. We are all members of a small group where we meet once a week, have great food, and give spiritual devotionals. Also, we're no english majors, so if you have problems with our grammar, keep your thoughts to yourselves please haha.
We will be working for 90 days for the first wave of our life changes. No, not p90x for all of you who are asking. We are cutting out all sodas, sugars, fats, etc...just eating healthy and smaller portions along with working out every morning with cardio and weight training. Our first official weigh-ins and photos were taken tonight, we will weigh in once a week at our small group meetings.

So, have fun watching, praying, and encouraging us....
